This hotel provides a delightful blend of comfort and hospitality. The staff, including Miss Lonrin, were exceptionally helpful and welcoming. I loved the lovely room with a city view. Food quality was impressive, with tasty meals throughout the day. The cleanliness and peaceful atmosphere added to the overall excellent experience.

Room felt cramped and choppy!!! A somewhat damp smell lingered in the corridors, and the in-room dining options missing frequently suggests serious supply chain issues. A lack of fresh ingredients really hurts the dining experience!!!

Everything great, but noise

Our family enjoyed the spacious pool area during our stay. The staff were amazing, especially in the dining area, making our experience even more memorable. The room was comfortable for the whole family.

My wife says that the food options were limited. The kids wished for more snacks in the pantry to munch on when they got hungry.

The room was clean with air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and complimentary snacks in the lounge. Spa facilities included an awesome outdoor pool, sauna, and various massages. Varsha helped with our cab to the airport, making everything smooth.

The fitness center could use some better equipment, though. It felt basic and didn't quite match the hotel's quality. One night, they surprised me with a late dinner offer, but the delivery felt a bit awkward. A text would have sufficed instead of knocking at the door. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with just some small hiccups to tweak.

Breakfast Bliss

Had a really rough start but the breakfast kinda saved it. Chef Santosh was super attentive, asking if we liked the food. But wow, the check-in was a hassle and we got a smoking room despite asking for non-smoking. Cool rooftop bar too, but the noise was constant.

It was just a decent option for a couple of nights in Bangalore with extraordinarily good value for money. The burgers at the in-house restaurant were sensational—juicy and downright satisfying! For better service, just double-check what’s available on the menu before ordering.
